My Approach

Every individual is unique. I work collaboratively with children and adolescents and with parents and children together to support and facilitate improved mental health, functioning, and relationships. I am fully trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Behavioural Therapy, and I apply these approaches modularly, taking a flexible and evidence-based approach, selecting the most appropriate and effective intervention to fit each client’s individual needs and concerns.

I am a registered Clinical Psychologist specializing in assessment and intervention with children, adolescents, and their families. I offer help to those struggling with learning, anxiety, depression, behavioural concerns, parenting, anger, and many other issues.
